Privacy Policy
How Outdoor Design Build collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated: August 19, 2026
Overview
Outdoor Design Build ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to present our design-build services and to receive project inquiries. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have depending on where you live. Your rights follow you as the visitor - the sections below cover both United States state privacy laws and the EEA/UK/Swiss data-protection frameworks.
Information we collect
- Information you give us through the contact form or by email or phone: your name, phone number, email address, home or project address, and details about your project, timing, and budget.
- Technical information provided automatically by your browser when pages are served, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or cross-site profiling.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and assess whether your project is a fit for our services.
- To prepare estimates, design sessions, and project documentation if you engage us.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and loads JavaScript libraries from public CDNs (cdnjs.cloudflare.com and unpkg.com). When your browser requests those files, the providers receive standard request data such as your IP address. Fonts are self-hosted; no font provider receives request data.
When you submit the project inquiry form, the details you enter are processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function running on this site and delivered to us as an email via SendGrid. Those providers handle the data solely to deliver your message. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled on the form, the verification runs without setting cookies.
Your rights - United States
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (including California under the CCPA/CPRA, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Your rights - EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Our lawful basis for processing is the legitimate interest of responding to your inquiry and, where you engage us, the performance of a contract. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Data retention and security
Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, to complete our work and meet legal or warranty obligations. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to the information we hold.
Children
This site is intended for adults planning home projects. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
